The Allstate All-Canadians Calgary Pee Wee Classic is taking place Oct. 22 – 28, 2011 at rinks around Calgary. It’s open to all Peewee teams in Divisions 1 – 8. Eight teams will fill each division on a first come first serve basis.
This tournament will provide teams with the opportunity to play with each other in a competitive environment before the regular season starts. Each team will have a two game guarantee with 1.25 hour ice slots. The finals will be played with 2 hour ice slots and medal ceremonies.
Matt Stajan will make an appearance on Sunday Oct. 23 from 4:30pm-5:30pm at WinSport Areans upstaris by the cafeteria.
Coaches will receive an Allstate All-Canadians coaching portfolio kit featuring a dry rink erase board, 20 game sheets and a USB stick featuring exclusive video content from the stars of the NHLPA on foundational topics such as nutrition, strength and fitness, sports psychology and much more. Each player will receive an Allstate All-Canadians mini stick. There will also be parent’s magazines which includes great meal plan ideas, fitness tips, and information on how to help your kid bounce back from disappointment.
