Celebrate Minor Hockey with the Calgary Inferno

You've been invited to celebrate Pucksgiving during World Girls Hockey Weekend with the Calgary Inferno!

The Calgary Inferno is home to the best female hockey players in the world including Meaghan Mikkelson, Rebecca Johnston, Emerance Maschmeyer and 22 more! The Inferno open their season this weekend against the Brampton Thunder in a rematch of last years Clarkson Cup Semi-Final.

While the Thunder look to avenge last years playoff lost, the Inferno look to continue their winning ways and will celebrate last years Clarkson Cup victory by raising the championship banner prior to puck drop on Saturday, October 8, 7:45 PM at WinSport on Arena A.

The Clarkson Cup will also be on display during this game allowing fans to pose for photos with the biggest prize in women's hockey.

Tickets for this game are only $15 and children 7 and under always get in for free. Buying in advance also enters you in a draw to win an autographed memorabilia at each home game this season. Tickets can be purchased online at calgaryinferno.ca/tickets or at the door.


On Sunday, October 9, 9:15 AM we celebrate Minor Hockey, inviting all minor hockey players to be our guests free of charge when they wear their team jersey.

Prior to the game there will be a big, exciting announcement regarding Girls Hockey Calgary and the Calgary Inferno. Following the game there will be a Fast and Female Champ Chats for girls aged 8-18. More information can be found at calgaryinferno.ca/fast.
