Fresh off a highly-successful season and a trip to the CIS championship, the University of Calgary men's hockey team will take measure of itself against the Calgary Flames Prospects once again this fall.
The game is set for Wednesday, Sept. 16 at the Markin MacPhail Centre at Winsport's Canada Olympic Park. Puck drop is at 7 p.m., and tickets are available for just $20 at www.godinos.com/flamestickets .
The Dinos will face off with the Flames prospects for the fourth time in five seasons, offering fans a first glimpse at the aspiring NHLers upon their return from the Young Stars tournament in Penticton, B.C. It will be the first game action in Calgary for Flames players since their inspired run to the second round of the NHL playoffs in the spring, while the Dinos return to the ice after their trip to the CIS national championship in March.
