Congratulations to Ted Carter for being awarded a Life Member status with Hockey Alberta!
"Hockey Alberta Life Members are a distinguished group of individuals who have dedicated their lives to the game of hockey in Alberta" - Hockey Alberta AGM
"Ted Carter is an exceptionally well known and valued member of the Hockey Alberta community. He has dedicated countless hours over many, many years towards his local association and also working directly with Hockey Alberta. Ted Carter has been playing, coaching and watching hockey his whole life as well as being involved in the administrative side of the game. Carter previously held the position of Appeals Officer, League Liaison and was part of the Human Resource Committee. Most recently, his duties involved extensive work with the Alberta Treaty Hockey Association. Now, Carter’s newest title will be that of Life Member, Hockey Alberta’s way of saying “Thank You, Ted” for everything he has done for Hockey Alberta."
The Life Member status award is very rare and a big honour. The award is very well recognized throughout the Hockey Alberta community.
