February 1, 2011
The Shaw Meadows – Novice 5 Lightning Bolts have come together to support Karlee Lewis against her fight with cancer. We have decided to show our support with a Skate-A-Thon Event on February 27. This event will be a combination of free skate for donations and a skate for pledges. This is a great way for our children in our community/city to team build and help out others. Partial proceeds from the event will be donated to the Kids Cancer Care Foundation of Alberta (KCCFA).
Who: KARLEE LEWIS
What: Skate-A-Thon
Where: South Fish Creek Recreational Centre
When: February 27th, 2011 (Sunday)
Time: 3:15pm – 4:15pm
We are very pleased the Lewis Family (Ron, Jennifer, Ryley & Karlee) have agreed for the Shaw Meadows – Novice 5 Lightning Bolts to put on this special event. Thank you for supporting the cause while making a difference in the lives of families and children within our community/city.
Please feel free to contact Shaw Meadows Novice 5 Lightning Bolts Manager Connie Emond if you have any questions.
