On June 15 & 16, 2013 the City of Calgary will be buzzing with excitement as Hockey Night in Canada’s Play On! Calgary – Presented by CrossIron Mills, makes its nation-wide tour stop to the Calgary Region. Play On! Calgary is part of a highly organized national street hockey series that is designed to appeal to current generation of Canadians and their families, and represents a national celebration of hockey in its most pure form.
Over 3500 participants and 20,000 spectators will take part in this year’s event. The weekend will feature a minimum of 4 games per team, a hockey festival atmosphere, a celebrity game, special guest appearances, NHL player appearances and fun activities for all who participate. If you are a hockey fan you have to be there!
Registrations are limited and currently being accepted (until June 10, 2013) for all ages (children, youth & adult), all ability levels and both genders at www.playon.ca . Organize your team and register today before it is too late!
